Associate Attorney
Marisa’s responsibilities include representing our clients in structuring and negotiating settlements, in mediation and in small claims court.
She also oversees and advises on the firm’s day to day activities and implements new policies to ensure our Firm and our clients are in compliance with all of the statutes, rules and regulations by staying up to date with any new court decisions and/or statutory amendments relating to the field of civil recovery and by disseminating this information to the clients.

She joined the Law Offices of Palmer, Reifler & Associates in 2000, where she worked in our Data Entry Department throughout high school and later worked as a Legal Assistant during college. In 2006, she left to attend law school and rejoined Palmer Reifler in 2009 as an Associate Attorney.
Marisa received her Bachelor’s Degree in English from Furman University in 2005 and her Juris Doctor from the University of Louisville Louis D. Brandeis School of Law in 2009.
Marisa is licensed to practice law in Florida.
